The Big Sky Polkafest Sept. 4TH-6th, 2009

was held at the Shrine Auditorium  and was a great success!

We danced to the music of The Dick Zovodny Band, The

Ridgeland Dutchmen, The Sadowsky Polka Sensations

and The Queen City Band.  People traveled from all over

the country to meet up with friends, dance and have a

great time. On Thursday night, the  3rd, from 7-11pm,

a crowd of about 300 danced to local musicians

at our annual Polka Jam Session.

We had a wonder crew of about 30 polka club members

that donated their time to decorate the Shrine and also

helped to tear down afterward.
